The Committee on Land and Resource Management will meet for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony from the General Land Office. The Committee will then proceed to hear the following house bills:

HB 359        Springer
Relating to a court order to disannex an area from a municipality.

HB 555        Springer | et al.
Relating to the width requirements for an area annexed by a municipality.

HB 615        Clardy
Relating to authorizing the sale of certain real property held by the Health and Human Services Commission to the City of Rusk.
