Relating to certain criminal and civil consequences of trafficking of persons, compelling prostitution, and certain other related criminal offenses; to the prevention, prosecution, and punishment of those offenses, and to compensation paid to victims of those offenses.

HB 324        Dutton                 
Relating to a requirement that a peace officer obtain a search warrant before conducting a body cavity search.

HB 477        Dutton                 
Relating to requiring notice and the dissemination of criminal history record information to the subject of the information in certain circumstances.

HB 834        Hernandez              
Relating to the criteria for issuing a silver alert for a missing senior citizen.

The committee will also hear invited testimony from agencies under the committee's jurisdiction.
