Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2017, and permission granted on February 21, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 7:32 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Giddings; Howard; Koop; Raney; and VanDeaver.

 

A quorum was present.
