Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2017, and permission granted on February 20, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry, at 7:32 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Larry; Walle; Dean; Perez; Phelan; Rodriguez, Justin; and Simmons.

 

A quorum was present.
