Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2017, revised on February 17, 2017, and permission granted on February 21, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry, at 7:31 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Larry; Walle; Dean; Perez; Phelan; Rodriguez, Justin; and Simmons.

 

A quorum was present.
