Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2017, and permission granted on February 27, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII & VIII met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry, at 7:32 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Larry; Walle; Dean; Perez; Phelan; Rodriguez, Justin; and Simmons.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

At 10:50 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until during reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 3:35 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Larry.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Larry; Walle; Dean; Perez; Phelan; and Simmons.

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Rodriguez, Justin now present.)

 

At 4:50 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
