Pursuant to a notice posted on July 19, 2017, revised on July 21, 2017, and permission granted on July 25, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 10:48 a.m.
