Pursuant to a notice posted on August 3, 2017, revised on August 4, 2017, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Longoria; Ashby; Capriglione; Cosper; Giddings; Gonzales, Larry; Howard; Koop; Miller; Perez; Phelan; Raney; Roberts; Rose; VanDeaver; and Wu.
