Pursuant to a notice posted on October 24, 2017, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Disaster Impact and Recovery, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 9:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Dean; Longoria; Miller; Perez; Phelan; Roberts; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.
