Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2017, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliveira, at 10:37 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Oliveira; Shine; Romero, Jr.; Stickland; and Workman.

 

A quorum was present.
