Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 28, 2017, and permission granted on March 30, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Drew Springer, at 1:18 p.m.
