Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2017, revised 2 times on April 19, 2017, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 20, 2017 and on April 24, 2017, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Moody, at 6:07 p.m.
