CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 13, 2017, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development held on April 4, 2017. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 4, 2017, and permission granted on April 4, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 12:02 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Vo; Bailes; Deshotel; Hinojosa, Gina; Leach; Metcalf; Ortega; and Villalba.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

 

HB 92

 

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee. 

 

The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Hinojosa, Gina moved that HB 92, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Button; Vo; Bailes; Deshotel; Hinojosa, Gina; Leach; Metcalf; Ortega; Villalba (9).
