Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2017, and permission granted on May 3, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:12 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Dale; Kacal; Landgraf; Lozano; and Reynolds.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

HB 3036

 

The chair laid out HB 3036 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

Representative Thompson, Ed moved that HB 3036, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Pickett; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Kacal; Landgraf; Lozano; Reynolds (7).

 

Nays:                           Representative Dale (1).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representative Rodriguez, Eddie (1).

 

At 1:18 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
