CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On March 30, 2017, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics held on March 23, 2017. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2017, revised on March 17, 2017, and permission granted on March 23, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 11:30 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Moody; Capriglione; Nevárez; Price; Shine; and Turner.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 791

 

The chair laid out HB 791 as pending business.

 

Representative Price moved that HB 791, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
