Pursuant to a notice posted on March 8, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 13, 2017, and permission granted on March 13, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 3:09 p.m.
