Pursuant to a notice posted on April 13, 2017, revised on April 13, 2017, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 17, 2017 and on April 18, 2017, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Lozano, at 8:41 p.m.
