Pursuant to a notice posted on March 9, 2017, revised on March 13, 2017, and permission granted on March 15, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gutierrez, at 1:55 p.m.
