Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2017, revised on April 13, 2017, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 13, 2017, and permission granted on April 17, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 9:04 a.m.
