Pursuant to a notice posted on March 22, 2017, revised on March 22, 2017 and March 23, 2017, and permission granted on March 28, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Anderson, Rodney; Paul; Turner; and Vo.
