Pursuant to a notice posted on March 30, 2017, revised on March 30, 2017, and permission granted on April 4, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 2:08 p.m.
