Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2017, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 4:25 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Kuempel; Guillen; Frullo; Geren; Paddie; and Thompson, Senfronia.

The chair directed that the April 10, 2017 minutes for the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
