Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 12, 2017, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 5:54 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Bailes; Faircloth; and Stucky.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

The chair recognized Representative Oliveira to explain SB 468.

Representative Blanco moved that SB 1878, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
