Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 11, 2017, and permission granted on May 11, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 5:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Capriglione; Dean; Gonzales, Larry; Landgraf; Longoria; Minjarez; Murr; and Simmons.

Representative Clardy moved that the floor amendments to HB 1145 offered by Rep. Munoz , HB 2746 offered by Rep. Zedler/Rep.Turner, HB 3262 offered by Rep. Ortega, HB 3273 offered by Rep. Burkett, HB 3517 offered by Rep. Gervin-Hawkins, and HB 4013 offered by Rep. Frullo be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 12, 2017.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

 

Representative Collier moved that the following measures not be placed on the calendar at this time:  HB 2075. The motion prevailed without objection.
