Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 12, 2017, the House Committee on Public Health met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 12:37 p.m.

The chair laid out SB 654, the companion to HB 1225.

 

The chair moved that SB 654, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair recognized Representative Davis, Sarah to explain SB 1090.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
