Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2017, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Poncho Nevárez, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Nevárez; Burns; Holland; Metcalf; and Schaefer.
