Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2017, and permission granted on March 2, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy, at 8:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Murphy; Perez; Bell; Cortez; Cosper; Lang; and Schubert.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 9:50 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until adjournment of the House, or if permission given by the House, during reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 11:29 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Murphy; Perez; Bell; Cortez; and Lang.

 

A quorum was present.
