Senator Nelson moved adoption of the committee substitute for HB 2253; without objection, it was so ordered.

 

Senator Hinojosa moved that HB 2253 do not pass but that CSHB 2253 be reported back to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 9 ayes, 1 nays, 0 present not voting, and 5 absent.

 

Senator Hancock submitted a motion in writing asking to be shown voting aye on the following bills: HB 448, HB 626, HB 1101, HB 1186 and HB 1472.
