Relating to prohibiting electioneering and the unlawful use of public funds for political advertising, authorizing a civil penalty.

Relating to the prosecution of certain election offenses.

Relating to the access and communications settings for accounts of minor users of digital services.

SB 2964        Hughes
Relating to an opportunity to correct certain defects in an early voting ballot voted by mail.

Relating to financial disclosures.

SB 3014        Creighton
Relating to the ability to assess penalties by the Texas Ethics Commission.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 25 copies to the committee clerk with your name
