         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Henry Cuellar at 9:50 pm.

         Absent:   Representative Delisi (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Subcommittee discussed pending budget items. 
          
         At 10:02 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
