         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2001, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory, Subcommittee on  
         Regulatory, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Pitts, at 1:26 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Pitts; Allen; King, Tracy; Moreno,  
                   Paul (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Hamric (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss the 2002-2003 Budget for Article  
         VIII. 
          
         (Representative Hamric now present.) 
          
         At 4:22 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
