         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory, Subcommittee on  
         Regulatory, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Pitts, at 8:05 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Pitts; Allen; Hamric; Moreno, Paul  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative King, Tracy (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss the 2002-2003 Budget for Article  
         VIII. 
          
         (Representative King, Tracy now present.) 
          
         At 9:50 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
