         in a formal meeting and was called to order by the acting chair,  
         Representative Coleman, at 12:26 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Coleman; Janek; Maxey (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Glaze; Eiland (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss the 2002-2003 budget for Article  
         II. 
          
         (Representative Eiland now present.) 
          
         At 2:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
