         in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Glaze, at 1:18 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Glaze; Coleman; Eiland; Maxey (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Janek (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss the 2002-2003 budget for Article  
         II. 
          
         (Representative Janek now present.) 
          
         At 3:21 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
