         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2002, the House  
         Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called  
         to order by the chair, Representative Haggerty, at 2:10 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Haggerty; Farrar; Allen; Ellis, Dan;  
                   Gray; Hodge; Hopson; Isett; Ritter (9). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken regarding the Correctional Managed Health  
         Care Committee as it relates to Interim Charge No. 4.  (See  
         attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:38 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
