Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on EXPUNCTION, met in a
formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Talton, at 11:30 a.m.
Present: Representatives Talton; Keel; Shields (3).
Absent: None (0).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1415 as pending business.
Representative Keel offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
The bill was left pending without objection.
At 11:32 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
