Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2001, and a revision
posted on April 18, 2001 resulting from the suspension of the
5-day posting rule on the House Floor on April 18, 2001 to
change the time of the hearing until 2:00 p.m., the House
Committee on Economic Development met in a public hearing and
was called to order by the chair, Representative Solis, Jim, at
2:15 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
