         Sprawl, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Mowery, at 10:07 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Mowery; Howard (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Truitt (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 1:21 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
