         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 17, 2002, the House  
         Committee on State Recreational Resources, Subcommittee on  
         Waterways, met in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Ellis, Dan, at 10:05 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Ellis, Dan; Jones, Elizabeth (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Callegari; Crownover, Myra (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Representative Ellis made opening remarks. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:32 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
