         Fish Populations, met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Homer, at 1:00 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Homer; Kuempel (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Jones, Elizabeth (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 1:38 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
