Proposing a constitutional amendment permitting an encumbrance to
be fixed on homestead property for an obligation to pay  certain
property owners' association fees without permitting the forced
sale of the homestead.

Proposing a constitutional amendment simplifying requirements for
certain refinances of home equity loans without additional cash
advances.

Relating to certain suits by perpetual care cemetery plot owners.
