and commissioners courts or private vendors for certain facilities.

Relating to contracts between the Texas Board of Criminal Justice
and commissioners courts or private vendors for certain facilities.

HB 1852            Allen
Relating to the imprisonment and treatment of inmates serving
prison sentences for driving while intoxicated offenses and similar
offenses under Chapter 49, Penal Code.

HB 1480            Allen
Relating to the efficient administration of the Texas Department of
Criminal Justice.

HB 1856            Allen
Relating to the operations of the Windham School District.

The Committee will also hear public testimony.
