2005, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence,
Subcommittee on Enhancements, met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Hodge, at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Representatives Hodge; Pena; Riddle (3).
Absent: None (0).
A quorum was present.

The chair recognized Representative Hochberg to explain the
measure.

The chair recognized Representative Hochberg to close on the
measure.
The bill was left pending without objection.
At 7:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
