Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2005, the House
Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at
8:01 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Cook, Robby; Leibowitz; Miller (7).
Absent: Representatives Escobar; Orr (2).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 265.
The chair recognized Representative Smith, Wayne to explain the
measure.

Representative Mowery offered a complete committee substitute.

measure.

measure.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Harper-Brown moved that HB 266, as substituted,
be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Mowery; Harper-Brown; Pickett;
Blake; Cook, Robby; Leibowitz; Miller; Orr (8).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representative Escobar (1).
At 8:54 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
