         Upon final adjourn./recess

         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 21,  
         2005, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Mowery, at 11:37 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Mowery; Harper-Brown; Blake; Cook,  
                    Robby; Orr (5). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Escobar; Leibowitz; Miller; Pickett  
                    (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The chair directed that the March 17, 2005, minutes for the  
         House Committee on Land & Resource Management be corrected. The  
         corrected minutes were authorized without objection. 
          
         At 11:38 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
