Pursuant to a notice posted on April 22, 2005, the House
Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at
8:07 a.m.

The chair directed that the March 31, 2005, minutes for the

corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
