         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 13, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Mowery, at  
         4:05 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                    Orr (5). 
          
         Absent:    Representatives Harper-Brown; Blake; Cook, Robby;  
                    Escobar (4). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 116. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Woolley to explain the  
         measure.  
          
         The chair recognized Representative Woolley to close on the  
         measure.  
          
         (Representative Harper-Brown now present.) 
          
         Representative Leibowitz moved that HB 116, without amendments,  
         be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:           Representatives Mowery; Harper-Brown; Pickett;  
                         Leibowitz; Miller; Orr (6). 
          
         Nays:           None (0). 
          
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0). 
          
         Absent:         Representatives Blake; Cook, Robby; Escobar   
                         (3). 
          
         At 4:11 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
