         Pursuant to a notice posted on November 17, 2005, the House  
         Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Delisi, at 12:20  
         p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:   Representatives Delisi; Laubenberg; Truitt; Coleman;  
                    Dawson; Jackson, Jim; McReynolds; Zedler (8). 
          
         Absent:    Representative Solis (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Invited testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 2:18 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
