Human Services was held on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, in the Senate

a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

Senator Janek, to explain the bill.
Senator Janek sent up a committee substitute. The Chair

substitute and the bill as filed.
Senator Janek moved adoption of the committee substitute;
