Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 18, 2011, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting to consider SB 578, SB 1843, and pending business and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 11:56 a.m.

The chair laid out SB 462.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
